Research centers as well as advisory and work support institutions agree that there are some common needs at European level for entrepreneurial learning opportunities that are not sufficiently met. First, there is no approach to learning that is flexible enough to fit in with all existing entrepreneurial case studies, yet comprehensive or comprehensive enough to effectively cover all entrepreneurial competences.

Second, there is a lack of European standard tools for diagnosing / recognizing and validating the knowledge, skills and competences of potential entrepreneurs. In this sense, F3E intends to promote, through active cooperation between the 4 education and entrepreneurship support institutions, the promotion of a new European innovative approach to promoting entrepreneurship in adult education (diagnosis, objectives, training materials and evaluation), which will help to provide thorough entrepreneurship support to people leading to their employment and job creation.

The main goal of the project is to design and professionally test a common methodology among AE providers, which will allow, on the one hand, to diagnose and assess the entrepreneurial abilities of individuals, and on the other hand, to share and develop a comprehensive series of activities (training modules) that correspond to the identified needs, and thus thus helping to support the transfer of key competences to entrepreneurs and to improve the link between education and training and success in the world of work. The working methodology will benefit all parties involved as it will become a knowledge and research mechanism in educational institutions to improve the quality and relevance of the educational offer in their own team and trainees, and on the other hand, trainees will have at their disposal to get rid of the entrepreneurial kit to improve their abilities enterprising.

- Development of a (automated) diagnostic tool to analyze the entrepreneurial abilities of trainees. An online platform will be established to facilitate interaction, improve ICT skills and disseminate and attract potential entrepreneurs to the first stage of diagnosis.
- Test the diagnostic tool. Each partner institution will select a sample of 10 staff members or trainees to be tested.
- Individual identification of the main shortcomings and weaknesses that need to be addressed.
- Share and design a whole set of training methodologies and content to map all areas of diagnosis. It will consist of a core curriculum that will include training objectives, content and methods.
- Test of a personalized learning path made of different modular training content to address specific shortcomings identified by the diagnostic tool.
- Entrepreneur KIT release that includes a diagnostic tool and modular training program as Open Educational Resources (OER) in an online workspace for all to access.

Priorities and topics

ADULT EDUCATION: Supporting the creation and access to skills improvement pathways

If necessary, select up to two additional priorities according to the project objectives.

HORIZONTAL: Transparency and recognition of skills and qualifications

ADULT EDUCATION: Improve and extend the supply of high-quality and tailored learning opportunities for individual low-skilled adults

F3E is a training program that deals with supporting entrepreneurship for people in terms of their employment and job creation. Nowadays, entrepreneurs play a leading role in creating the economic reality. It is employers, employees and the attitudes of entrepreneurs they demonstrate that create the country's prosperity. Their creativity, adaptability or willingness to take risks make them boldly implement ideas for their own business, and the economy receives a measurable development impulse. An entrepreneurial attitude allows for development despite the barriers that entrepreneurs often face.

Entrepreneurial skills are, in fact, an amalgamation of other competences and skills, including:
- commercial awareness
- creative and innovative thinking (in fact it can be argued that entrepreneurs take the innovation and make it commercially viable).
- problem solving and analytical skills (an entrepreneurial solution usually starts with identifying the problem and seeing trends) - adaptability and flexibility
- influencing skills (it is necessary to obtain agreement and support from potential clients)
- negotiations, persuasion and sales skills
- leadership
- drive and result orientation - resistance to obstacles.

Therefore, the project aims to establish a model of best practice for diagnosis and improvement of entrepreneurial skills at European level, in order to provide new and innovative tools and learning opportunities to potential new entrepreneurs in order to increase their chances of successful business start-up, and thus thus increasing the number of start-ups in each country. All project activities contribute to the creation of an entrepreneurial skills model by using the right tools. Lifelong learning needs to be more open to different forms of adult entrepreneurship development. This openness should be based on broader learning opportunities. One solution is to create innovative products that will support the lifelong learning process. While potential entrepreneurs are the target collectives, adult educators and counselors will also learn and test the diagnostic tool and new modular training so that they also acquire relevant competences in the field.
