The main goal of the project is to improve the quality of educational activities, including changing the way classes are conducted by developing a proprietary course (together creating one coherent international course) based on digital solutions aimed at building knowledge, skills and attitudes among adults in the area of Partnership in the field of climate change and sustainable development. The indirect goal is to strengthen the potential of the Partnership by increasing the competences of employees and associates participating in the project and obtaining in-depth information about the state of knowledge and awareness of residents in the field of climate change, ecology and sustainable development.
The developed educational offer will be prepared in an electronic version and posted on the public educational platform Moodle. Tasks based on the use of digital tools (digitization of courses and the survey process as well as virtual dissemination) are in line with the vision and directions of development of the Partnership, because in the face of the threats resulting from the COVID pandemic - 19 all entities of formal and informal education shifted the burden of education to the distance formula. This is due not only to the recommendations and safety requirements, but also to solutions that have been used for many years and as part of the education of people with limited time (saving travel and accommodation), who want to independently shape the hours of study (people working, bringing up children). In this respect, both the research process itself and its digital version as well as the programs of educational courses with the formula of distance learning fit into the priority of Digitization (Digital Transformation).
Project results:
1) A model course in Sustainable Development using digital tools aimed at building knowledge, skills and attitudes among adults in the area of Partnership in the field of climate change and sustainable development.
2) International meetings (e.g. exchange of experiences, getting to know the host organization, joint training or participation in workshops)
3) Dissemination meetings.
4) Increasing the knowledge of the project participants in the field of climate change, sustainable development and the natural environment treated as the heritage of future generations
5) Shaping positive attitudes among project participants in the field of ecology, climate change, sustainable development
6) Increasing the knowledge and increasing the potential of the Partnership in the areas of activities covered by the intervention.
